Custom charges and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your order is shipped, the responsibility to pay any fees & taxes will be down to you

 

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging. 

If you would like to send your item back, please email boots@arffootball.com. 

It is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us and pay for the postage. 

Once the item has been received you'll receive a full refund within 2-3 working days.

Please note that we hold no responsibility or liability if the boots are damaged after they have been worn. 

Only football boots may be returned, unfortunately Accessories items cannot be refunded regardless if they've not been used
